No-Bake Pumpkin Ice Cream Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Gingersnap Cookie Crumbs
1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
2 pints Dairy-Free Pumpkin Pie Halo Top, softened
1 cup Frozen Whipped Topping

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, stir together the gingersnap cookie crumbs and coconut oil. Press the mixture into a 9” pie pan.

Step 2

Scoop the Halo Top into the pie crust and spread it out into an even layer. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 3

Scoop the frozen whipped topping over the Halo Top and spread it out into an even layer. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 4

Drizzle with caramel sauce or gingersnap cookie crumbs, if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
