Place ice pop molds (enough to make at least 8) on a cookie sheet to make transferring in and out of the freezer easy.
Scoop the Halo Top on one side of your ice pop molds.
Scoop the frozen whipped topping – about 2 tablespoons per ice pop – next to the Halo Top.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs – about 1 teaspoon per ice pop – next to the frozen whipped topping.
Fill any remaining space in the ice pop molds with Halo Top. Freeze for 5+ hours, or until completely firm.
Serve as is, or pull out all the stops and drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
